At 92 homes sold in January 2013 (West & East), sales activity for Vancouver detached homes increased compared to the previous month at 65; it remained low compared to the same month last year at 224 sales.

January's overall sales-to-list ratio was 7%, a 1% drop from 8% in December, and 7% in November.
The number of active listings increased to 1,221 in January (West-side at 762, East-side at 459), from 975 in December.

The Sold Price-to-List Price % ratio was -6.0% for January 2013, compared to -5.6% the previous month.
The median sold price for Vancouver (West and East) increased to $1,727,040 in January, compared to $1,429,040 in December.

The median active list price increased slightly to $2,226,384 in December from $2,180,082 in December.
