Two new developments Canvas and Emily Carr break ground in Mount Pleasant and Red Truck Brewery is set to open in early 2015!
Red Truck Brewery is putting the final touches on their new brewery & diner and are preparing to open to the public in early 2015 - just west of the future location of CANVAS (150 units sold) and the new Emily Carr.

While reports suggested overbuilding would become a problem for Canada’s major urban centres, CMHC said more housing is needed to fill the demand created by healthy immigration.
